Territory inspects all new construction, major remodels, and fire
protection system revisions to ensure compliance with the
Indiana Building & Fire Code.

The Community Service Division offers an Construction Guide for any project to be built with-in the Territory.All commercial occupancies are inspected once a year. High Life Hazards (HLH) and Dangerous Building List (DBL) are inspected twice a year.
